LEVERHULME ARTS SCHOLARSHIP 2017/18

In 2017 Polly was awarded a place on the egg theatre's INCUBATOR to develop an innovative early years programme, funded by the Leverhulme Trust.

Working alongside Visual Artist Edwina Bridgeman and Creative Facilitator Lou Betts, Polly created Curious Tales: a storytelling and visual arts experience for families to create, imagine and play. From the Birkbeck Baby Lab to cardboard kingdoms and yellow thunder dragons, the team's explorations took them, and their audiences, on a memorable journey and sparked new research questions about the role of storytelling in creating immersive experiences for all ages.
